Energy Saved vs 2-Stage
One Machine Platform for Water Bottle, Beverage Bottle, Pesticide Container, and Industrial Chemical Jug Production
Most plastic bottle manufacturers end up running separate machines for different container categories — one machine for mineral water bottles, another for chemical containers — because the material requirements and neck finishes differ significantly. This series consolidates that. The HGA.ES and HGA.JS families cover everything from 500 ml standard PET water bottles to 22-litre HDPE-equivalent containers for agricultural chemicals, using the same ISBM single-stage process throughout.
The single-stage ISBM process means: PET (or PP/PETG) granules go in, finished bottles come out in one continuous cycle. No preform storage between stages, no second-stage reheat energy cost, no inter-stage contamination window. For beverage lines this means better optical clarity from tighter thermal control; for pesticide and agrochemical containers, it means better chemical resistance from the improved molecular orientation that biaxial stretching delivers.
The range includes models from 2 to 8 cavities, covering commodity production at up to 9,200 bph (HGA.ES-8C76) down to specialty large-format containers at 700 bph (HGA.JS-2C366, the 22-litre model). Model naming tells you the cavity count and preform holder size, which correlates directly to target container size and neck diameter.
