One-step injection stretch blow molding process

Station 1: Injection Molding

The high-precision plasticized melt is injected into the mold to form a transparent preform with a threaded opening, and the wall thickness distribution is initially controlled.

Station 2: Docked tail insulation

A servo-controlled system trims the bottom gate of the preform, using a precise zoned temperature control system to optimally prepare for subsequent stretching.

Station 3: Stretch Blow Molding.

The mold is closed for bidirectional stretching, and high-pressure gas is used to blow the mold into shape, which greatly improves the transparency and strength of the container.

Station 4: Finished Product Removal

The product is rapidly cooled and shaped within the mold, then automatically removed by a robotic arm and placed into the conveyor and inspection line.
